Mechanism for enhancing the efficiency of managerial decision-making in public authorities

The master's thesis conducts an analysis of mechanisms to enhance the efficiency of managerial decision-making in public authorities. The fundamental aspects of state governance, its objectives, and means of achieving efficiency are explored to understand and identify optimal ways to optimize managerial processes. The work highlights key theses regarding the organization and functioning of the management system and explores possible avenues for improving the process of making strategic decisions in public authorities.
