Organizational and functional purpose of the Federal Foundation «Remembrance, responsibility and future»

The article examines the legal status of the Federal Fund "Memory, Responsibility and Future", which dealt with the problems and compensation payments of victims of Nazism. Legislation on social protection of victims of Nazism began to take shape in the late 1990s in Ukraine and its formation is closely related to international cooperation of such countries as Germany, Austria at the level of state bodies and various public funds. An analysis of international and domestic legislation on social protection of victims of Nazism is indicated.
