The article deals with the issue of Romanian linguistics: the definition of syntactic communication. The solution to this problem is to use the exact criteria for the identification of existing syntactic relations in Romanian language: the importance of syntactic units and their interaction, communicative plan to which belong syntactic units, the effect of bond formation on the level of syntactic functions.
