Вплив моделі гравітаційного тяжіння на якість конференційного перекладу

У магістерській роботі проаналізованоно вплив моделі гравітаційного тяжіння С. Галверсон на якість перекладу конференцій. Досліджено на аналізі різних аспектів перекладу, таких як лексичні, граматичні, культурні, психолінгвістичні особливості, щоб виявити, як модель гравітаційного тяжіння може впливати на рівень порозуміння між учасниками з різних культурних і мовних середовищ.
У роботі також розглянуто можливі обмеження та недоліки моделі гравітаційного тяжіння С. Галверсон, а також її потенційні вдосконалення та альтернативи. Проведено порівняльний аналіз моделі з іншими підходами до перекладу, що існують у сучасній лінгвістиці та перекладознавстві.
Використано емпіричні дані з реальних конференцій та перекладів, оцінено, наскільки ефективно модель гравітаційного тяжіння може сприяти поліпшенню якості перекладу конференцій, а також розглянено можливі шляхи її застосування у практичній діяльності перекладачів та інших фахівців у галузі міжкультурної комунікації.

In today's world, scientific research and international conferences help to promote the development of scientific knowledge and cultural exchange between countries. Translation of conferences held with different participants from all over the world requires accurate and efficient transfer of information between different languages and cultures. An important aspect of this process is to ensure high quality translation, which guarantees mutual understanding between conference participants.
Based on the data obtained, the possible limitations and shortcomings of the model were assessed, and proposals for its improvement or alternative approaches were developed, namely compilation of a common glossary and contextual dictionary that could improve the quality of interpreting in the analysed language pair, and possible adjustments to the interpreter's work that could contribute to improving the quality of translation. In general, the results obtained indicate the prospects of applying the gravitational pull model in translation studies and confirm the importance of cultural context in the translation of military terms. Our research is novel and promising as the hypothesis has been advanced fairly recently and requires research and scholarly involvement in this particular topic. It is also worth noting that the issue of military support has become one of the most frequently mentioned topics on the political agenda over the past year. The relevance of this topic is by no means fleeting, which is why we believe that our work can open a new vista of the gravitational pull model in translation studies for the Ukrainian-English language pair and lay a good theoretical and practical basis for scholars who want to deepen the research.
