Механізми просторового планування розвитку регіону (на прикладі Харківської області)

У ході дослідження уточнено теоретико-методологічні виміри просторового планування розвитку регіону та розкрито методологічні підходи до просторового планування розвитку регіону; проаналізовано світовий досвід просторового планування розвитку регіонів; досліджено загальні проблеми нормативно-правового регулювання просторового планування розвитку регіону; здійснено аналіз механізмів просторового планування розвитку регіону; охарактеризовано особливості просторового планування розвитку Харківської області; визначено напрями удосконалення правового механізму просторового планування розвитку регіону; розкрито інноваційні підходи та механізми удосконалення просторового планування розвитку регіону.

The content of the work: the theoretical and methodological dimensions of the spatial planning of the development of the region were clarified and the methodological approaches to the spatial planning of the development of the region were revealed; the world experience of spatial planning of the development of regions is analyzed; the general problems of normative and legal regulation of spatial planning of the development of the region are investigated; an analysis of the mechanisms of spatial planning of the development of the region was carried out; features of the spatial planning of the development of the Kharkiv region are characterized; directions for improvement of the legal mechanism of spatial planning of the development of the region are determined; features of the spatial planning of the development of the Kharkiv region are characterized; directions for improvement of the legal mechanism of spatial planning of the development of the region are determined; innovative approaches and mechanisms for improving spatial planning of the region's development are revealed.
