Owls are of great importance to the environment, as they are in the highest habitats. That is why monitoring their numbers is of great scientific value to researchers. It is laborintensive work, but the data obtained as a result form global databases that can be useful for environmental monitoring in the future. In the future, population data can be used to determine the state of ecosystems, correlate the results of surveys with weather conditions, and study the relationship between the number of predators and their prey. Given that this work was carried out within the nature reserve fund, the cost of such research in the field of science is increasing with each accounting year. The study provided information on typical species and their numbers at the beginning of the nesting season.
