Emergence of social insurance and labour relations with judge: almost legal issues

This article deals with the issue of passage of public service, including disputes arising from the implementation of the Decree of the President of Ukraine on appointment of judges. Analyzes the scientific handling the legal nature of the relationship between the judge and the state over civil service and legislation should be applied in disputes about the passage of the Public Service. Judges criticized some thoughts on these issues when considering cases
