Комунікативні інструменти формування іміджу центрального органу виконавчої влади

Уперше здійснено комплексне дослідження теоретичних і практичних засад доброчесності в сфері публічного управління і адміністрування, обґрунтовано місце доброчесності в належному врядуванні та запропоновано рекомендації щодо запровадження політики доброчесності в органах державної влади в Україні.

Building a transparent democratic society involves the creation of a qualitatively new institution of civil service, which should be established on the principles of integrity. Today in Ukraine the problem of integrity of civil servants has become very acute, as there is no clearly defined paradigm of training a new type of civil servant on the basis of generally accepted European moral and ethical principles.
The master’s thesis is an attempt to scientifically comprehend and substantiate the theoretical provisions for determining integrity in public management and administration, to study the current state of integrity policy implementation, to outline issues and suggest ways to implement the policy of “good governance”.
Integrity is a necessary moral and ethical component of a civil servant's activity, which determines the limit and manner of his behavior, based on the principles of good attitude to citizens and honesty in one's way of life, fulfillment of one’s duties and allocation of state resources. Integrity is an important trait that should be possessed in both personal and professional life.
Strengthening integrity and reducing the level of corruption are important elements of good governance and democracy. In the context of the fight against corruption, integrity is a necessary moral and ethical component of a civil servant’s activity, which defines the limits and way of his behavior, based on the principles of good treatment of citizens and honesty in their way of life, performance of duties and public resources allocation. Integrity in good governance means honestly and complete fulfillment of one’s responsibilities.
