Інструменти електронного документообігу в системі публічного управління та адміністрування України

В умовах розбудови України як демократичної, правової держави інструменти електронного документообігу постають основним механізмом ефективного функціонування системи публічного управління та адміністрування України й потребують постійного, всебічного теоретичного і практичного дослідження. В роботі розглянуто специфіку інструментів електронного документообігу в системі публічного управління та адміністрування України та запропоновано шляхи для їх вдосконалення.

In the conditions of the development of Ukraine as a democratic, legal state, the tools of electronic document circulation become the main mechanism of the effective functioning of the system of public management and administration of Ukraine and require constant, comprehensive theoretical and practical research. The paper examines the specifics of electronic document management tools in the system of public management and administration of Ukraine and suggests ways to improve them.
