The paper proposes a model of technological maturity for the use of artificial intelligence (AI) in banking information systems. The model combines user engagement, productivity, and economic efficiency indicators with security and quality requirements. Maturity levels and criteria for transitioning between them are formed, evaluation metrics (ER, DR, ROI) and practical interventions for scaling AI in a regulated environment are provided.
