This paper explores Business Process Reengineering (BPR) as a tool for fundamental rethinking and radical redesign of organizational operations to achieve dramatic improvements in key performance indicators such as cost, quality, service, and speed. It examines key success factors of reengineering, including leadership vision, employee motivation, structured management, and the human factor. Special emphasis is placed on the critical role of modern information technologies (ERP, CRM, WMS, BPM, AI, RPA, etc.) in integrating functional areas and optimizing processes. Through an e-commerce order fulfillment example, the study demonstrates the practical benefits of implementing IT solutions to automate tasks, reduce errors, boost operational efficiency, and enhance customer experience.
