The article is devoted to the study of the concept and essence of changes in labor relations of public servants. The position of the labor and legal nature of the civil service is substantiated. The article examines the norms of national legislation providing for changes in labor relations, as well as scientific approaches to the definition of the concept and types of changes in labor relations. The definition of the concept “change of labor legal relations of civil servants” is given.
