This data set corresponds to the Fig. 8 in the manuscript "Emergent momentum-space topological pseudospin defects in non-Hermitian systems". The three data sets corresponds to the skyrmion number in three different phases, two gapless phases, one with exceptional points and the other with hybrid points, as well as a fully gapped phase.
