This dataset represents the general population of empirical data collected for a PhD dissertation research titled "Ukrainian Online Media as a Factor in Ensuring Public Procurement Transparency".
The dataset contains 270,067 media publications from national and regional Ukrainian online media outlets gathered between January 1, 2022, and December 31, 2025. It includes structured metadata for each publication, such as publication date, time, title, full text, URL, source/media outlet, geographic region, potential audience reach, language, tone/sentiment, and subject matter related to public procurement and monitoring.
This comprehensive data corpus serves as the foundational baseline for subsequent random sampling, content analysis, and the investigation of media effectiveness in controlling public procurement malpractices and corruption in wartime Ukraine.
