The dissertation is devoted to the determination of the theoretical-legal and practical aspects of the relationship of the legislative process in Ukraine and the Republic of Azerbaijan as special forms of legal practical activity in the context of their comparative legal analysis through the prism of the subjects of implementation, procedural and procedural features, legal support, specifics of the legislative technique of formalization acts of legislation, the role of law enforcement and acts of law enforcement in the mechanism of legislative activity, ways of improving the legislative process as an important condition for the effectiveness of legal regulation.
