2026-01-092026-01-09https://ir.library.knu.ua/handle/15071834/9595Окупаційно-геноцидна війна РФ проти України ведеться не лише традиційними збройними засобами, але й із залученням модерних інноваційних технологій, в т.ч. інформаційних чинників, спрямованих на розкол країни, розмивання національної ідентичності та свідомості українців, їх світоглядну дезорієнтацію . Одним із основних деструктивних чинників країни агресора є потужна інформаційно-пропагандистська компанія по дискредитації України й українців, зокрема маніпулятивні фейки та фальсифікації історії України (міфи про «братські російський й український народи», Переяславську угоду як «віковічний добровільний акт» возз’єднання України з Росією, «Новоросію» як споконвічні російські землі, створення України В. Леніним, Україну як частину «русского мира», неканонічність Православної церкви України тощо), завдяки яким намагаються легітимізувати та виправдати свої загарбницькі цілі. З’ясовано, що перед екзистенційною загрозою ліквідації України й політичної нації, підсиленою внутрішніми корупційними чинниками, українці змушені симетрично й асиметрично відповісти на загрози, що постали перед ними під час російсько-української війни. Пропонується система контр-наративів, яка включає структурні складові (науковий, освітньо-педагогічний, виховний рівні), їх функціонально-практичне спрямування та постійний моніторинг.The Russian Federation's occupation and genocidal war against Ukraine is being waged not only with traditional weapons, but also with the use of modern innovative technologies, including information factors aimed at dividing the country, eroding the national identity and consciousness of Ukrainians, and disorienting their worldview. One of the main destructive factors of the aggressor country is a powerful information and propaganda campaign to discredit Ukraine and Ukrainians, in particular manipulative fakes and falsifications of Ukrainian history (myths about the “brotherly Russian and Ukrainian peoples,” the Pereyaslav Agreement as a “centuries-old voluntary act” of Ukraine's reunification with Russia, ‘Novorossiya’ as ancient Russian lands, the creation of Ukraine by V. Lenin, Ukraine as part of the “Russian world,” the non-canonicity of the Orthodox Church of Ukraine, etc.), through which they attempt to legitimize and justify their aggressive goals. It has been established that in the face of the existential threat of the liquidation of Ukraine and the political nation, exacerbated by internal corruption factors, Ukrainians are forced to respond symmetrically and asymmetrically to the threats they faced during the Russian-Ukrainian war. A system of counter-narratives is proposed, which includes structural components (scientific, educational, pedagogical, and upbringing levels), their functional and practical orientation, and constant monitoring.Фундаментальне дослідження
