Обґрунтовано необхідність їх збереження у зв’язку з виконанням низки корисних функцій, особливо в міських геосистемах. Розглянуто та систематизовано основні чинники та загрози, що призводять до погіршення екологічного стану та деградації ландшафтних комплексів регіональних ландшафтних парків. Проаналізовано вплив кожного з наведених чинників на конкретних прикладах в межах РЛП «Лиса гора», що розташована в м. Київ. За допомогою ГІС-інструментарію QGIS було побудовано картосхему просторового розподілу основних конфліктів природокористування в межах РЛП «Лиса гора». Запропоновано комплекс дій та заходів мінімізації негативного впливу проблем функціонування та вирішення наявних конфліктів природокористування в межах даної території.The article is devoted to the problems of environmental protection within the objects of nature protection fund as regional landscape parks. The necessity of their conservation and protection due to a number of useful functions, that they perform, especially in urban ecosystems, was justified. Available studies of management and functioning of the regional landscape parks as a special form of territorial protection, including environmental problems and conflicts within these objects were analyzed. The main factors and threats, that are caused the deterioration of environmental conditions and degradation of landscapes of the regional landscape parks, were considered and systematized. The impact of each of these factors on concrete examples within the regional landscape park «Lysa Gora», located in Kyiv, was analyzed. The problems of the imperfection of the legal and regulatory framework, lack of funding, inappropriate usage of territory of the regional landscape parks; excessive recreational loading; failure to providing reservation conditions, absence of the state security services within the regional landscape park, penetration of invasive species; absence of thorough information policy and ways of informing people about the meaning and value of the protected areas; low level of ecological culture and conscience of citizens, were considered in detail. The map of spatial distribution of the major basic environmental conflicts on the territory of the RLP «Lysa Gora» was compiled using tools of geographic information system QGIS. A list of actions to eliminate the factors, minimize the negative impact and solve the problems of functioning within this site was offered, in particular, clear and reasonable functional zoning of territory with division reserve and regulated recreation zones, restoring the security service in order to struggle against violation of reservation conditions, reconstruction of some elements of the forts of Lysa Gora, organizing some places for stationary recreation, installation of information signs.ukрегіональний ландшафтний паркпроблеми функціонуванняприродоохоронна територіяregional landscape parkproblems of functioningnature-conservation territoryСтаття
