Визначено концептуально-теоретичні засади дослідження зовнішньої політики США, зокрема на Близькому Сході. Проаналізовано доктринальні засади політики США на Близькому Сході в контексті американських електоральних процесів. З’ясовано основні засоби реалізації геополітичних та геоекономічних інтересів США на Близькому Сході та надано оцінку ефективності цих засобів та ступені їх відповідності заявленій меті. Виявлені особливості та пріоритетні напрями політики США в регіоні за адміністрації Д.Трампа. Визначена специфіка позиції адміністрації Д.Трампа з основних регіональних проблем, зокрема протидії міжнародному тероризму, арабо-ізраїльському та палестино-ізраїльському врегулюванню, сирійській кризі, проблемі нерозповсюдження ЗМЗ. Встановлені особливості взаємодії США з іншими зовнірегіональними акторами у контексті суперництва за вплив в регіоні, з’ясовані характерні риси та особливості американо-китайських та американо-російських відносин на Близькому Сході та визначено їх вплив на політику США та розвиток регіональної геополітичної ситуації. Ключові слова: США, Близький Схід, зовнішня політика, зовнішньополітична ідентичність, національні інтереси, держава, Росія, Китай, безпека, енергетична безпека, стратегічне партнерство, санкції.The work identifies the features, main priorities, implementation mechanisms and results of the US policy in the Middle East under the administration of Donald Trump and provides an assessment of its impact on the development of global and regional international political processes. The conceptual and theoretical foundations of the study of US foreign policy, in particular in the Middle East, are defined. The doctrinal foundations of US policy in the Middle East are analyzed in the context of American electoral processes. The main means of realizing the geopolitical and geoeconomic interests of the United States in the Middle East are clarified, and an assessment of the effectiveness of these means and the degree of their compliance with the stated goal is given. The peculiarities and priority directions of the US policy in the region under the administration of D. Trump are revealed. The specificity of the position of the D. Trump administration on the main regional problems, including countering international terrorism, the Arab-Israeli and Palestinian-Israeli settlement, the Syrian crisis, the problem of non-proliferation of WMD, is determined. The peculiarities of the interaction of the USA with other extraregional actors in the context of competition for influence in the region are established, the characteristic features and peculiarities of American-Chinese and American-Russian relations in the Middle East are clarified, and their influence on the policy of the USA and the development of the regional geopolitical situation is determined.
