Виявлено окремі фактори, що впливають на рівень трудового потенціалу. Визначено кореляційний зв'язок між трудовим потенціалом території та факторами, що на нього впливають. Побудовано моделі первинних показників та інтегральних оцінок рівня трудового потенціалу Львівської області та його прогнозні значення до 2021 р.A pressing problem is applying such an approach to the system of managing processes of reproduction, formation and use of labor potential in a territory, which could allow attaining a sufficiently high level of economic development. Assessment and forecasting can be the instruments ascertaining an opportunity to increase GDP as a result of more efficient use of labor resources. The purpose of the study is to explore a possibility of using models designed to forecast the potential of labor resources in the regions of Ukraine in real conditions of a medium-term perspective. The object of the study is labor resources and the subject is a forecast of labor potential in a region. Achievement of the set goals includes analytical determination of the factors influencing formation and use of labor potential; studying the methods of the structural complex category of labor potential; carrying out a research, which will serve as the information base for designing a simulation model and further forecasting of the primary indicators and integral indexes of the level of labor-resource potential in Lviv region. A regression analysis was used to study the level of a regional labor potential as an integral system, forecast some demographic, economic, environmental and educational indicators in Lviv region. The method of extrapolation of trends was used, to determine tendencies towards changes in the indicators of development over time and describe the actual average trend in changes of analytical indicators of the time rows.ukтрудові ресурсипотенціалпрогнозуваннямодельlabor resourcespotentialforecastingmodelСтаття
