The content of servitude in the system of restrictions is disclosed and servitude is separated from the ways of legitimate establishment of the boundaries of property rights.На основі обґрунтованих методологічних положень представлено особливості підстав установлення та припинення сервітутів для практичного застосування їх у військовій сфері.
