It discusses the theoretical premises of the study of compound nouns, determines the basic characteristics and types of such compounds, and considers the metaphorical rethinking of compounds, to which the personification of inanimate nature is attributed, that represent another typical manifestation of the anthropomorphic metaphor and aт egocentric model of spatial orientation.Der vorliegende Artikel ist den strukturellen und semantischen Eigenschaften der Substantivkomposita mit somatischer Komponente in der deutschen Sprache gewidmet. Es werden die theoretischen Prämissen der Untersuchung von Substantivkomposita erörtert, die grundlegenden Merkmale und Arten solcher Komposita bestimmt sowie das metaphorische Umdenken der Komposita betrachtet, dem man auch die Personifizierung der unbelebten Natur zuordnet, die eine weitere typische Manifestation der anthropomorphen Metapher und ein egozentrisches Modell der räumlichen Orientierung darstellt. Роботу присвячено висвітленню основних властивостей іменникових композитів з соматичним компонентом в німецькій мові.
