Emphasis on recognition of woman. as an equal worker. The study examines the mechanisms of international legal regulation of the protection and promotion of women's labor rights in relation to maternity protection, women's night work, the use of women's work in underground work in accordance with the provisions of ILO conventions and recommendations. Emphasis is placed on the protection of women's labor as a priority area of state policy.Стаття присвячена проблемам реалізації трудових прав жінок, як однієї з вразливих груп населення. Наголошено на визнанні жінки. як рівноправної працівниці. В процесі дослідження розглянуто механізми міжнародно-правового регулювання захисту і заохочення трудових прав жінок стосовно охорони материнства, нічної праці жінок, застосування праці жінок на підземних роботах у відповідності з положеннями конвенцій і рекомендацій МОП.
