Бізнес-середовище намагається постійно розвиватись, в тому числі впроваджуючи максимальну кількість нових технологій. Водночас, існує безліч факторів, що обмежують як діяльність окремих підприємств, так і розвиток на рівні галузей та країн, що потребують детального дослідження. У зв’язку з цим виникає потреба у оптимізації бізнес-процесів за рахунок обробки великої кількості вхідних даних. Оптимізація бізнес-процесів в першу чергу зумовлена прийняттям управлінських рішень на підприємстві. Управлінський персонал безпосередньо потребує аналітичні висновки на основі обробки великої кількості внутрішніх та зовнішніх даних, та водночас бажає контролювати бізнес-процеси на підприємстві. Було проведено огляд науково-практичних підходів до оптимізації бізнес-процесів та порівняльний аналіз підходів до оптимізації бізнес-процесів та їх групування за відповідними критеріями, досліджено можливості оптимізації бізнес-процесів на основі використання актуальних методів машинного навчання, визначено основні обмеження і перспективи розвитку квантового машинного навчання в економіці та в оптимізації бізнес-процесів як новітнього метода машинного навчання. На прикладі реального консалтингового проекту проведено аналіз, що спрямований на оптимізацію бізнес-процесів, підготовано характеристику економічного стану компанії, проведено оцінку ефективності чинної системи бізнес-процесів компанії, визначено потреби та завдання з оптимізації бізнес-процесів для обраної компанії. На основі здійсненого аналізу побудовано рекомендації щодо ідентифікації потреб оптимізації бізнес-процесів з використанням методології Data Science, а також впровадження рекомендацій в бізнес-процеси компанії, побудовано рекомендації щодо вибору моделей машинного навчання для оптимізації бізнес-процесів, досліджено питання прийняття управлінських рішень на основі перспективних напрямів впровадження машинного навчання в аудиті фінансової звітності.In connection with the rapid development of artificial intelligence and the constant improvement of machine learning algorithms when simultaneously using them in the business environment, opportunities arise to optimize business processes at enterprises of various sectors of the economy. The business environment is constantly trying to develop, including introducing the maximum number of new technologies. At the same time, there are many factors that limit both the activity of individual enterprises and development at the level of industries and countries, which require detailed research. In this regard, there is a need to optimize business processes due to the processing of a large amount of input data. The optimization of business processes is primarily due to the adoption of management decisions at the enterprise. Management personnel directly need analytical conclusions based on the processing of a large amount of internal and external data, and at the same time want to control business processes at the enterprise. An overview of scientific and practical approaches to optimizing business processes and a comparative analysis of approaches to optimizing business processes and their grouping according to relevant criteria were conducted, the possibilities of optimizing business processes based on the use of current machine learning methods were investigated, the main limitations and prospects for the development of quantum machine learning were determined training in economics and optimization of business processes as the newest method of machine learning. On the example of a real consulting project, an analysis aimed at optimizing business processes was carried out, a description of the company's economic condition was prepared, an assessment of the effectiveness of the company's current business process system was carried out, and the needs and tasks for optimizing business processes for the selected company were determined.
