The contemporary business environment is affected by various factors, among which geopolitical conflicts andmilitary actions occupy a special place. The transformation of businesses in wartime conditions is a relevant topic for research inthe present economic and social context. Military conflicts and geopolitical tensions can significantly impact the strategies,processes, and development of businesses in various sectors of the economy. The goal was to highlight the results of a study ofthe most common ways of business transformation for its adaptation to the new conditions of global macroeconomic instabilityin Ukraine caused by the war.Methods. The following methods were used: scientific content analysis, methods of comparison, synthesis of informationfrom scientific and journalistic sources, and generalization of existing theoretical approaches to the implementation of businesstransformation in both peacetime and wartime.Results. The primary responses to global macroeconomic instability in Ukraine have been identified as digitalization andreorganization of businesses. The concept and role of digitalization in ensuring business development are studied. Theadvantages that digitalization provides to businesses in wartime are appraised and several challenges facing a company thatresorts to digitalization in wartime are identified. The types of changes involved in digital transformation and the stages of afirm"s digital transformation are also defined. The concept of business reorganization is defined, the types of businessreorganization in Ukraine and around the world are presented, and the priority directions of business reorganization in Ukraine inwartime conditions are identified. A comparative description of digitization and reorganization is provided regarding the mainforms of business transformation in wartime conditions.Conclusions. Based on the research, the most important factors for the successful adaptation of domestic enterprises to theconditions of war and approaches for the successful transformation of business in digital transformation and reorganizationwere determined.Вступ. У сучасному світі бізнес-середовище зазнає впливу різноманітних факторів, серед яких особливе місцепосідають геополітичні конфлікти та військові дії. Трансформація бізнесу в умовах війни є актуальною темою длядосліджень у сучасному економічному і соціальному контексті. Військові конфлікти та геополітичні напруги можутьсуттєво вплинути на стратегії, процеси та розвиток підприємств у різних галузях економіки. Метою буловисвітлення результатів дослідження найбільш поширених способів трансформації бізнесу для його адаптації донових умов глобальної макроекономічної нестабільності в Україні, зумовлених війною.Методи. Було використано такі методи: наукового контент-аналізу, методи зіставлення, синтезу інформації знаукових та публіцистичних джерел, узагальнення існуючих теоретичних підходів до здійснення трансформаціїбізнесу як у мирний, так і воєнний час.Результати. Виявлено основні форми трансформації бізнесу в умовах глобальної макроекономічної нестабільностів Україні, а саме, цифровізацію та реорганізацію. Досліджено поняття та роль цифровізації в забезпеченні розвиткубізнесу, визначено переваги, які цифровізація надає бізнесу в умовах війни, встановлено ряд викликів, які постаютьперед компанією, яка вдається до цифровізації у воєнний період. Визначено також типи змін, які охоплює цифроватрансформація, а також етапи цифрової трансформації підприємства. Визначено поняття реорганізації бізнесу,представлено види реорганізації бізнесу в Україні та світі, визначено пріоритетні напрями реорганізації бізнесу вУкраїні в умовах війни. Наведено порівняльну характеристику цифровізації та реорганізації як основних формтрансформації бізнесу в умовах війни.Висновки.
