С. 24-32.https://ir.library.knu.ua/handle/123456789/5827Стаття присвячена дослідженню розвитку апітуризму в Україні, зокрема визначенню актуальних тенденцій та особливостей вітчизняної апітуристичної діяльності. Вивчення відкритих джерел інформації на основі використання методів теоретичного узагальнення, аналізу та синтезу показало, що зростання інтересу до апітуризму має досить глибоке підгрунтя. Розглядаючи його як нову форму зеленого, екологічного туризму, в багатьох країнах і регіонах на нього покладають надію як на такий, що розвивається на засадах сталого розвитку суспільства і сприяє збереженню місцевих традицій бджільництва і розвиткові сільських громад. Серед іншого в статті визначена етимологія дефініцій «апітуризм» та, пов’язаного з ним напрямку народної медицини «апітерапії». Охарактеризована сучасна ситуація щодо розвитку апітуризму в регіонах України, зокрема наявність апітерапевтичних практик, що безперечно є особливою рисою вітчизняного апітуризму. SWOT- аналіз апітуристичної діяльності показав, що розвиток її в Україні є перспективним і сприятиме розвиткові регіонів шляхом підтримки вітчизняного бджільництва, формування фінансової стабільності сільських громад та розширення спектру туристських пропозицій в сільській місцевості.This article is devoted to the analysis of the development of apiturism, which is becoming increasingly popular in Ukraine and around the world. Studies presented in foreign publications have shown that considering apiturism as a new form of green, ecological tourism, in many countries and regions it is hoped for as one that develops on the basis of sustainable development of society and promotes local traditions of beekeeping, rural development, the formation of a separate area of rural tourism. From the point of view of the already formed eco-tourism industry in the world, the idea of apiturism embodies all the best that can offer the traveler the countryside: acquaintance with the community and their culture, study of their traditions, communication with professionals who are passionate about their craft. At the beekeepers' farms they offer to collect fresh honey, create beekeeping products (decorative candles, honey drinks, sweets and desserts, bee pollen and cosmetics) or just admire the hives in the natural landscape. Among other things, the article defines the etymology of the definitions of "apiturism" and the related field of folk medicine - "apitherapy". The current situation regarding the development of apiturism in the regions of Ukraine is considered, in particular, the presence of apitherapeutic practices, which is undoubtedly a special feature of domestic apiturism. Ukraine is rich in the resources of apiturism, has a long tradition of beekeeping and a significant number of professionals in this field; is one of the largest producers and importers of honey in Europe.
