Роботу присвячено питанням формування методичного забезпечення стратегічного контролінгу в умовах високої динамічності ІТ-сектору, цифрової трансформації, посилення конкуренції та зростання вимог до результативності управлінських рішень. У роботі обґрунтовано сутність, принципи, функції та складові системи стратегічного контролінгу, узагальнено інструментарій стратегічного аналізу, планування і контролю, проведено діагностику зовнішнього оточення та внутрішнього середовища ТОВ «Київстар.Тех». Оцінено результативність наявної системи стратегічного контролінгу підприємства, розроблено удосконалену гібридну модель стратегічного контролінгу та сформовано систему показників для моніторингу реалізації стратегічних цілей ІТ-підприємства.Pozdniakov I. The thesis focuses on the formation of methodological support for strategic controlling under conditions of high dynamism in the IT sector, digital transformation, increasing competition, and growing requirements for the effectiveness of managerial decisions. The study substantiates the essence, principles, functions, and components of the strategic controlling system, summarizes the tools of strategic analysis, planning, and control, and conducts a diagnosis of the external environment and internal conditions of Kyivstar.Tech LLC.
