On this basis, the phenomenon of military-political communication is considered, which at the present stage is dynamically evolving within the framework of information flow management, the distribution of communication roles of military-political leadership, and the planning of specific consequences and effects from the transmission of information about the deployment of hostilities. The essence of the communication formation of perception, influence on behavior and the achievement of operational goals in complex global environments is understood. The importance of transparency and consistency with strategic intentions, ensuring support for common goals, is revealed. The specifics of the purposeful formation of a favorable communication environment through the transformation of the culture of military-political decision-making are shown. It is revealed that military-political communication ensured the compliance of these efforts with broader diplomatic and military goals. It is proven that the improvement of military-communication doctrines, personnel training, and the development of countermeasures against the spread of hostile narratives. The process of developing flexibility to adapt to a rapidly changing information environment, where one wrong step can lead to an escalation of tension or undermine trust, is analyzed. The specifics of the discursive justification of the concept of military-civilian strategic communications are reflected. The expediency of concentrating powers in the field of military-political communication, which should be adapted to the tasks of decentralization and horizontal coordination between state and public actors of military management, is substantiated.Досліджено основи стійкості демократичної держави в контексті спроможності передавання критично важливої інформації за короткий термін з метою мобілізації суспільства. На цій основі розглянуто феномен військово-політичної комунікації, яка на сучасному етапі динамічно еволюціонує в рамках понять менеджменту інформаційних потоків, розподілу комунікаційних ролей військово-політичного керівництва, планування конкретних наслідків та ефектів від трансляції відомостей про розгортання бойових дій. Осмислено сутність комунікаційного сприйняття, впливу на поведінку та досягнення оперативних цілей у складних глобальних середовищах. Розкрито значення прозорості та узгодженості зі стратегічними намірами, із забезпеченням підтримки загальних цілей. Показано специфіку цілеспрямованого формування сприятливого комунікаційного середовища через перетворення культури ухвалення військово-політичних рішень. Виявлено, що військово-політична комунікація забезпечувала відповідність комунікаційних зусиль ширшим дипломатичним та військовим цілям. Доведено, що вдосконалення військово-комунікаційних доктрин, навчання персоналу та розробки контрзаходів проти поширення ворожих наративів. Проаналізовано значення інституційної гнучкості для адаптації до швидкозмінного інформаційного середовища. Відображено специфіку дискурсивного обґрунтування поняття військово-цивільних стратегічних комунікацій.
