It is also proposed to carry out the effective personnel policy, including the work concerning the adaptation of new employees to the working conditions; and to establish the relationship between the office employees and the public, etc.У статті наголошено на важливості реформування системи державної служби як складової частини модернізації держави, відсутності одностайності у вирішенні проблеми реформування системи державної служби в Україні та напрямках удосконалення державного управління, визначення правового статусу державного службовця, правового та організаційно-методичного забезпечення діяльності державної служби тощо.
