Their number and significance for the regulation of legal relations in the field of discipline among police officers is indicated. It is noted about the variety of regulatory legal acts that directly or indirectly relate to the issue of compliance with the law and discipline in the police body. It is emphasized that police officers, in the performance of their official duties, apply various measures of state coercion, which necessitates the need for detailed regulation in by-laws of the procedure for the actions of police officers, specifying the specific actions of police officers in one or another situation, establishing clear conditions under which physical influence, special means or firearms. Knowledge of acts that establish the basis of police work, their correct understanding and application in practice are the factors that generally determine the legality of police actions and establish the discipline of their work. Special acts in the field of ensuring discipline and legality in the National Police are proposed to be divided into certain subgroups according to the field of activity: acts in the field of selection of police officers for positions in police bodies (personnel issues); acts that determine the procedure for the execution of certain procedural actions; acts regarding work in the information field, including official information; acts in the field of compliance with legality and discipline when interacting with individuals, including regarding their consideration of statements and reports about criminal offenses and other events; acts that determine the procedure for the registration of relevant materials; acts regarding consideration of citizens' appeals, including in the case of personal reception; acts in the sphere of interaction of the National Police bodies with other authorities.У статті здійснено детальний розгляд окремих видів підзаконних нормативноправових актів, якими визначаються норми щодо забезпечення дотримання законності та дисципліни в органах Національної поліції України. Вказано на їх чисельність та значущість для регулювання правовідносин у сфері дисципліни серед поліцейських. Зазначено про різноманітність нормативно-правових актів, які безпосередньо чи опосередковано стосуються питання дотримання законності та дисципліни в органі поліції. Наголошено на тому, що поліцейські, при здійсненні своїх посадових обов’язків, застосовують різноманітні заходи державного примусу, що обумовлює необхідність детальної регламентації у підзаконних актах порядку дій поліцейських, визначенні конкретних дій поліцейських у тій чи іншій ситуації, встановлення чітких умов при яких застосовується фізичний вплив, спеціальні засоби чи вогнепальна зброя. Знання актів, які встановлюють основи роботи поліцейських, їх правильне розуміння та застосування на практиці – це ті чинники, які в цілому визначають законність дій поліцейських та встановлюють дисципліну їх праці. Спеціальні акти у сфері забезпечення дисципліни та законності в Національній поліції запропоновано поділити на певні види за сферою діяльності: акти у сфері здійснення добору поліцейських на посади в органи поліції (кадрові питання); акти, які визначають порядок вчинення окремих процесуальних дій; акти щодо роботи в інформаційній сфері, в тому числі з службовою інформацією; акти у сфері дотримання законності та дисципліни при взаємодії з особами, в тому числі й щодо розгляду ними заяв і повідомлень про кримінальні правопорушення та інші події; акти, які визначають порядок оформлення відповідних матеріалів; акти щодо розгляду звернень громадян, в тому числі й при здійсненні особистого прийому; акти у сфері взаємодії органів Національної поліції з іншими органами влади.uklegalitydisciplinepolice bodyby-law regulatory act.законністьдисциплінаорган поліціїпідзаконний нормативно-правовий актСтаття
