Педагогіка, 2(2), 22–27.https://ir.library.knu.ua/handle/15071834/18590The possibility of incorporation of subjective factor of learning as the trend of increase of the efficiency of training for professional activities is reviewed in the article. The conditions that are needed to be created in educational institution for overcoming the gap between learning and practical activities were studied. It is made a search for mechanisms to overcome the contradiction between front-education offered within coursework system and the individual meanings of student's educational activity that should form the basis for graduate training for the activities under the project and technological type of organizational structure of modern society. Basing on the theory of "productive education" it is proposed to optimize the educational process, using the model of "individual educational project" of student, which allows to navigate in the educational content, methods, environment, determining the orientation of the possible options of solving tasks that arise within educational activities, providing students with the right to choose the option suitable to individual needs. The model of generalized educational route can be constructed as a series of groups of educational tasks formulated by the student as a problem issues: Me and my educational route; Me and my learning process; Me and my learning subjects; Me and other participants of the educational process; Me and my educational opportunities.В статті розглянуто можливості врахування суб'єктивного фактору навчання як тенденцію підвищення ефективності підготовки до професійної діяльності. Досліджуються умови, що необхідно створити у навчальному закладі для подолання розриву між навчальною і практичною діяльністю. Відбувається пошук механізмів подолання протиріччя між фронтальною освітою, яку пропонує курсова система і індивідуальними сенсами освітньої діяльності студента, що має складати основу підготовки випускника до діяльності в рамках проектно-технологічно типу організаційної структури сучасного суспільства.
