For socialphilosophicalanalysis and forecasting has been applied Intersective approach. Particularly, intersective crossing of vectors of sexualand religion (un)tolerance in modern Ukrainian society is investigated.Crossings of vectors of intersectivity is studying considering historical context and geopolitical situation. It is alleged thatqueer spirituality in the world is on the way from the changes in consciousness to creating infrastructure. In Ukraine, despite thechurch separate from the state, development and implementation of anti-discrimination legislation is in the focus of religious figures.However, the process of removing problems associated with SOGI beyond scientific approach: hounding of genderologists,substitution of concepts in terminology and legislation, the deterioration of education, formation of the transfer of value-regulatorysystem of social and philosophical problems to promote religion. It does not contribute to solving urgent problems in the social sphereand naturally lead to the deepening social and political crisis. Now, some important sources of influence on Ukrainian gender policy isoutside the country. The main target of proreligion forces, including the Russian Orthodox Church – biopolitics, it is in the concept of"Russian world" and "spiritual tenets".There are studies of set of different vectors ideology of "Russian world", which is the division into "us" and "them." This list isfairly stable over the past 15 years and must include ethno-national vector (combination rashism and Ukrainophobia), religious(orthodoxy) and vector SOGI. The ratio of these vectors varies, but is in dynamic, there has been increasing of religious pressure. Thebiggest danger, in our opinion, is not spread of religion, but its output outside their own religion: other forms of social consciousness -Science, Philosophy, Politics and Law thus can not perform their functions, while religion monopolizes outlook and enables creationso-called religious  states.This in turn, not only creates the grounds for all sorts of speculation, but runs counter to the development of effective socialpolicy and complicates forecasting of the consequences of socially important decisions. The conclusions about the impact of thiscrossing on situation of the Ukrainian women had been done.Keywords: gender, gender research, Intersectivity, queer spirituality, biopolitics, sexual orientation and gender identity.У статті розглянуто розвиток у сучасному українському суспільстві феномену квір-духовності.Наразі можна стверджувати: квір-духовність у світі проходить шлях від змін у свідомості до вибудови інфраструктури.Квір, у найширшому розумінні, це – все що виходить за межі прийнятної суспільної норми. Сучасна ґендерна теорія спрямована до питань взаємозв’язку ідеології та науки у соціальній нормативності та має багато спільних із квір-дослідженнями методологічних підходів. Для соціально-філософського аналізу та прогнозування було застосованоінтерсекційний підхід. Широкий спектр характеристик, за якими розрізняють людей, спонукає досліджувати перетинивекторів інтерсекційності, враховуючи історичний контекст та геополітичне становище. Зокрема, інтрерсекційнийперетин векторів сексуальності та релігійної (не)терпимості в сучасному українському суспільстві. Зроблено висновкипро вплив цього перетину на становище українських жінок. Так, в Україні можна констатувати бурхливий розвиток квір-духовності у геополітичному форматі. Сама поява квір-духовності нерозривно пов’язана із дихотомією «свої–чужі» і спричиняє перерозподіл у таборах союзників та противників гарантування людських прав жінок. Можна прогнозувати подальше ігнорування ґендерних досліджень і наукової аналітики у врегулюванні біополітичних питань; посилення репродуктивного тиску; утиски жінок-політикинь, експерток і правозахисниць; порушення сексуальних та репродуктивних прав жінок в Україні.Ключові слова: ґендер, ґендерні дослідження, інтерсекційність, квір-духовність, біополітика, сексуальна орієнтація та ґендерна ідентичність.ukСтаття
