З цією метою з’ясовані основні особливості функціонування торговельних підприємств в Україні в сучасних умовах та запропоновані шляхи забезпечення їхньої ефективності на основі інструментів проектного управління. У ході дослідження проаналізований стан торговельної діяльності в Україні, виокремлені головні чинники, які визначають характер діяльності вітчизняних торговельних підприємств та обґрунтовані підходи до стабілізації економіки цих підприємств і забезпечення їхнього поступального розвитку шляхом активізації використання інструментів проектного управління в нинішніх складних умовах. Встановлено, що війна суттєво змінила операційне середовище для вітчизняних торговельних підприємств, збільшивши складність і взаємопов’язані ризики у фінансовій, матеріально-технічній та ринковій сферах, що призвело до скорочення бюджетних можливостей, зменшення усіх видів ресурсів, а тому, – закономірного різкого зниження обсягів зовнішньої торгівлі та внутрішнього товарообороту. У дослідженні наголошено, що традиційні підходи до управління часто нехтують використанням інноваційних інструментів, таких як проектне управління, в результаті чого підприємства стають надмірно залежними від зовнішніх факторів і вразливими до ринкових коливань. Зазначено, що застосування в діяльності торговельних підприємств проектного управління передбачає інтеграцію методологій управління бізнес-проектами, таких як створення «Офісу управління проектами», використання гнучких практик на етапах критичної оцінки та перед розробкою стратегії діяльності і збору даних у реальному часі. Це підвищить організаційну стійкість і адаптивність підприємств. Запропонований підхід підкреслює важливість технологічної інтеграції, включаючи зв’язок платформ управління бізнес-проектами з основними бізнес-системами підприємства для оптимізації їх господарської діяльності і покращення процесу прийняття рішень. Обґрунтовано необхідність розробки комплексних дієвих механізмів оцінювання ефективності адаптованих інструментів управління бізнес-проектами торговельних підприємств для забезпечення точного вимірювання безпосереднього впливу цих інструментів на результативність їх господарської діяльності.The possibilities of transforming approaches to ensuring the efficiency of trade activities in Ukraine by intensifying the application of project management tools in business practice have been investigated. To this end, the main features of the functioning of trade enterprises in Ukraine in modern conditions have been clarified and ways of ensuring their efficiency based on project management tools have been proposed. The study analyzed the state of trade activities in Ukraine, identified the main factors that determine the nature of the activities of domestic trade enterprises, and substantiated approaches to stabilizing the economy of these enterprises and ensuring their progressive development by intensifying the use of project management tools in the current difficult conditions. It has been established that the war has significantly changed the operating environment for domestic trade enterprises, increasing the complexity and interrelated risks in the financial, logistical and market spheres, which has led to a reduction in budgetary opportunities, a decrease in all types of resources, and therefore, a natural sharp decrease in the volumes of foreign trade and domestic trade turnover. The study emphasizes that traditional approaches to management often neglect the use of innovative tools, such as project management, as a result of which enterprises become overly dependent on external factors and vulnerable to market fluctuations. It is noted that the application of project management in the activities of commercial enterprises involves the integration of business project management methodologies, such as the creation of a "Project Management Office", the use of flexible practices at the stages of critical assessment and before developing an activity strategy and collecting data in real time. This will increase the organizational stability and adaptability of enterprises. The proposed approach emphasizes the importance of technological integration, including the connection of business project management platforms with the main business systems of the enterprise to optimize their business activities and improve the decision-making process.
