The state of affairs in the field of identity policy for 2023 is analyzed in the main environments of its implementation — discourses of communities, institutions, regulatory documents and external representation. In the discourse of regulatory documents, a hierarchical system of regulatory acts is currently being formed, aimed at the formation and implementation of state policy in the sphere of establishing Ukrainian national identity as a component of ensuring Ukraine’s national security. At the same time, the next aspect of regulatory regulation should be the «construct» — the fixation of valuable and principled elements of Ukrainian national identity as the consequences of intellectual decisions, social consensus, discursive practices, behavioral practices, and cultural traditions. The visionary model of Ukrainian national identity and the visionary model of identity policy in Ukraine are proposed in the perspective of 2030. The key problems that need to be solved in order to achieve the desired results in the field of identity politics are identified.Визначено засади та зміст політики ідентичності, зокрема основні функції, суб’єкти та середовище реалізації, а також процеси та інструменти політики ідентичності. Проаналізовано стан справ у сфері політики ідентичності на 2023 рік у основних середовищах її реалізації — дискурсах спільнот, інститутів, нормативних документів та зовнішньої репрезентації. Зазначається, що у дискурсі нормативних документів наразі відбувається формування ієрархічної системи регуляторних актів, спрямованих на формування та реалізацію державної політики у сфері утвердження української національної ідентичності як складової забезпечення національної безпеки України. Водночас наступним аспектом нормативного регулювання повинен бути «конструкт» — фіксація ціннісних та принципових елементів української національної ідентичності як наслідків інтелектуальних рішень, суспільних консенсусів, дискурсивних практик, поведінкових практик та культурних традицій. Запропонована візійна модель української національної ідентичності та візійна модель політики ідентичності в Україні у перспективі 2030 року.
