У другому розділі «Оцінка фінансової стратегії бізнесу на прикладі ТОВ «ФЕЗА-Україна» досліджені особливості управління фінансовою діяльністю підприємства; здійснена оцінка показників фінансового стану підприємства та проведений аналіз ефективності фінансової стратегії підприємства. У третьому розділі «Розвиток фінансової стратегії ТОВ «ФЕЗА-Україна» в сучасних умовах господарювання» розроблена модель фінансової стратегії підприємства з метою підвищення його фінансової стійкості та наведено рекомендації щодо удосконалення управління фінансовою діяльністю підприємства. На основі опрацювання теоретичних та практичних матеріалів зроблені відповідні висновки та обґрунтовано конкретні пропозиції.The first chapter of the qualification work "Theoretical and methodological bases of research on the formation and development of financial strategy of business" reveals the essence of financial activity of the enterprise and the main factors that determine it; the mechanism of formation of the financial strategy of the enterprise is investigated and methodological approaches to assessing the effectiveness of the financial strategy of the business are highlighted. In the second section "Evaluation of the financial strategy of business on the example of FEZA Ukraine LLC" the peculiarities of managing the financial activities of the enterprise are studied; the indicators of the financial condition of the enterprise are evaluated and the efficiency of the financial strategy of the enterprise is analyzed. In the third section "Development of the financial strategy of FEZA Ukraine LLC in the current economic environment" a model of the financial strategy of enterprise is developed in order to increase its financial stability and recommendations for improving the management of financial activities of enterprise are provided.
