The provisions of the Law of Ukraine "On Executive Proceedings" and the Law of Ukraine "On authorities and Persons Carrying Out Enforcement of Court Decisions and decisions of other authorities", as well as other legal acts regulating legal relations in the sphere of enforcement of court decisions and decisions of other bodies, were analyzed. t has been established that the main problems, in particular, of administrative and legal regulation in the field of execution of court decisions and decisions of other authorities include: perfect legislation in the field of executive proceedings; shortcomings of the legislation in the field of budgetary financing of state executive service authorities and their officials and material and technical support of the activities of authorities and persons authorized to execute court decisions and other authorities; the need to streamline the staff and optimize the activities of the state executive service; improper legal settlement of the issue of bringing executors to legal responsibility for violations of legislation in the field of enforcement of decisions; ineffectiveness of mechanisms of judicial control over the execution of court decisions; existing legal restrictions on the professional activity of private performers. Directions for improving administrative and legal regulation in the field of enforcement of court decisions and decisions of other authorities are proposed, in particular, regarding the improvement and systematization of legislation in this area, as well as the introduction of separate organizational measures that will ensure the effectiveness, stimulation and functionality of the field of enforcement of court decisions and decisions of other authorities of Ukraine.Статтю присвячено дослідженню проблем адміністративно-правового регулювання у сфері примусового виконання судових рішень і рішень інших органів в Україні та запропоновано шляхи вирішення цих проблем. Проаналізовано положення Закону України «Про виконавче провадження» та Закону України «Про органи та осіб, які здійснюють примусове виконання судових рішень і рішень інших органів», а також інші нормативно-правові акти, які регламентують правовідносини у сфері виконання судових рішень і рішень інших органів. Встановлено, що до основних проблем, зокрема, адміністративно-правового регулювання у сфері виконання судових рішень та рішень інших органів можна віднести: недосконале законодавство у сфері виконавчого провадження; недоліки законодавства у сфері бюджетного фінансування органів державної виконавчої служби та їх посадових осіб та матеріально-технічного забезпечення діяльності органів та осіб, уповноважених виконувати рішення суду та інших органів; необхідність упорядкування штату та оптимізації діяльності державної виконавчої служби; неналежне правове врегулювання питання притягнення виконавців до юридичної відповідальності за порушення законодавства у сфері примусового виконання рішень; неефективність механізмів судового контролю за виконанням судових рішень; існуючі законодавчі обмеження професійної діяльності приватних виконавців.
