Dedicated to Yuriy Lypa's "Black Sea Doctrine", which is a holistic geopolitical concept within which Ukrainian statehood is understood as a self-sufficient Black Sea project, and not as a peripheral phenomenon in relation to the civilizational centers of the West or the East. It is emphasized that in this doctrine Ukraine is considered as a subject of the Black Sea space, whose geopolitical identity is determined primarily by objective factors: strategic geographical position, historically formed communication routes and centuries-old cultural heritage. It is emphasized that the combination of natural and geographical conditions with the continuity of cultural and civilizational development determine the role of Ukraine in the Black Sea region. The purpose of the article is to philosophically analyze the geopolitical concept of Yuriy Lypa's "Black Sea Doctrine" with an emphasis on understanding the interaction of military-strategic and cultural-civilizational factors in the formation of identity and the national idea. M e t h o d s . The research methodology is based on the use of methods of philosophical analysis, in particular the formal-logical method and historical-philosophical analysis - the principle of historicism, the comparative method and the method of interpretation. Such classical principles of scientific knowledge as objectivity, demonstrability, systematicity and historicism are applied. Such a complex of philosophical, historical-political analysis and general principles of scientific knowledge contribute to a comprehensive understanding and disclosure of this topic. R e s u l t s . The fundamental role of the cultural-civilizational factor in the formation of the state geopolitical strategy in the context of Yuriy Lypa's ideas set forth in the "Black Sea Doctrine" and other works of the thinker is understood. It is investigated and substantiated how, analyzing geopolitical processes, the thinker reveals the worldview and ideological dimension of state formation, emphasizing the role of cultural and civilizational factors in the development of Ukraine and the need for a harmonious combination of military power with the progress of culture and religion. It is revealed that Yuriy Lypa considered the Black Sea not only as a geographical water area, but as a multidimensional strategic space in which military, economic, political and civilizational interests intersect. That is why he attached special importance to Ukraine's ability to act as a leading actor in the region, relying on its own potential of the Black Sea coast and forming a system of allied relations with other states of the basin. C o n c l u s i o n s . It is proven that the synergy of military-strategic and cultural-civilizational factors should be fundamental in the state geopolitical strategy. While a strong army is a guarantee of protecting state borders, a construct of identity is built in the bosom of culture, a system of values that make us a nation. It is emphasized that a stable defense capability is impossible without a deep cultural and civilizational foundation that forms the motivation to protect the state, the internal cohesion of society and the readiness for self-sacrifice, and for this, according to Yuriy Lypa, it is necessary to combine the development of military force with the cultivation of culture, religion and moral principles that ensure the long-term stability of the nation in the face of external threats. It is substantiated that the thinker understood the mental principles of Ukrainians as a combination of aspirations for justice, respect for human dignity and responsible military discipline, moral conservatism, religiosity, a tendency to solidarity and self-organization, in particular in the form of traditional toloka. The programmatic nature of Yuriy Lypa's ideas is aimed at achieving national consolidation, establishing a single local autocephalous church, and fostering high moral standards in society as a necessary condition for successful state formation and the implementation of geopolitical goals.В с т уп . Присвячено "Чорноморській Доктрині" Юрія Липи, що є цілісною геополітичною концепцією, у межах якої українська державність осмислюється як самодостатній чорноморський проєкт, а не як периферійне явище щодо цивілізаційних центрів Заходу чи Сходу. Акцентовано, що в цій доктрині Україна розглядається як суб'єкт чорно-морського простору, чия геополітична ідентичність зумовлена передусім об'єктивними чинниками: стратегічним географічним положенням, історично сформованими шляхами комунікації та багатовіковою культурною спадщиною. Наголошено, що поєднання природно-географічних умов із тяглістю культурно-цивілізаційного розвитку визнача-ють роль України в регіоні Причорномор'я. Мета статті полягає у філософському аналізі геополітичної концепції "Чорноморської доктрини" Юрія Липи з акцентом на осмисленні взаємодії військово-стратегічних і культурно-цивілізаційних чинників у формуванні ідентичності та національної ідеї. М е т о д и . Методологію дослідження ґрунтовано на залученні методів філософського аналізу, зокрема формально-логічного методу та історико-філософського аналізу – принципу історизму, порівняльного методу та методу інтерпретації. Застосовано такі класичні принципи наукового пізнання, як об'єктивність, доказовість, системність та історизм. Такий комплекс філософського, історико-політичного аналізу та загальних принципів наукового пізнання сприяють всебічному осмисленню й розкриттю даної теми. Р ез у л ь т ат и . Осмислено фундаментальну роль культурно-цивілізаційного чинника у формуванні державної геополітичної стратегії у контексті ідей Юрія Липи, викладених у "Чорноморській Доктрині" та інших творах мислителя. Досліджено й обґрунтовано, як, аналізуючи геополітичні процеси, мислитель розкриває світоглядно-ідеологічний вимір державотворення, наголошуючи на ролі культурно-цивілізаційних чинників у розвитку України та необхідності гармонійного поєднання військової сили з поступом культури й релігії. Виявлено, що Юрій Липа розглядав Чорне море не лише як географічну акваторію, а як багатовимірний стратегічний простір, у якому перехрещуються військові, економічні, політичні та цивілізаційні інтереси. Саме тому він надавав особливого значення здатності України виступати провідним актором у регіоні, спираючись на власний потенціал чорноморського узбережжя та формуючи систему союзницьких відносин з іншими державами басейну. В и сн о в к и . Доведено, що в державницькій геополітичній стратегії має бути засадничою синергія військово-стратегічних та культурно-цивілізаційних чинників. У той час як міцне військо є гарантією захисту державних кордонів, у лоні культури вибудовується конструкт ідентичності, система цінностей, що роблять нас нацією. Підкреслено, що стійка обороноздатність неможлива без глибокого культурно-цивілізаційного фундаменту, який формує мотивацію до захисту держави, внутрішню згуртованість суспільства та готовність до самопожертви, а для цього, на думку Юрія Липи, необхідно поєднати розвиток військової сили з плеканням культури, релігії та моральних засад, що забезпечують довготривалу стійкість нації в умовах зовнішніх загроз. Обґрунтовано, що осмислення ментальних засад українців здійснено мислителем як поєднання прагнень до справедливості, поваги до людської гідності та відповідальної військової дисципліни, морального консерватизму, релігійності, схильності до солідарності та самоорганізації, зокрема у формі традиційної толоки. Програмний характер ідей Юрія Липи спрямовано на досягнення національної консолідації, утвердження єдиної помісної авто-кефальної церкви, плекання високих моральних стандартів суспільства як необхідної умови успішного державо-творення та реалізації геополітичних цілей.ukYuriy LypaЮрій ЛипаСтаття
