The paradigms of views on the development of new, more effective concepts “for all” (i.e. inclusive concepts) are analyzed. Attention is paid to solving the methodological dilemma regarding the study of information and communication practices for covering inclusive processes in the concepts of space, time, social problems, and the implementation of human rights. The information problem of the ability / inability of journalists / media organizations to lead or accompany public discussion, systemic inclusive processes for them to acquire the meaning of a powerful public interest, an indicator of national identity and the subject of the communication strategy for the post-war reconstruction of Ukraine is outlined. Using the example of the application of social and human rights methodology and the historical-deductive method, eleven long-term types of information practices were identified in different periods from 2003 to 2025. A definition of the Ukrainian experience of covering inclusive processes was formed as multi-vector, unique, but not complex, not systemic and not strategic. The frames of covering inclusive processes were determined according to qualitative indicators of impact on the audience. Conclusions were formulated regarding the further evolutionary development of information practices covering inclusive processes in Ukraine.Мета наукової розвідки – виявити  основні типи інформаційних практик висвітлення інклюзивних процесів в українській реальності. Проаналізовано парадигми поглядів на розвиток нових, більш ефективних концепцій «для усіх» (тобто інклюзивних концепцій). Приділено увагу розв’язанню методологічної дилеми щодо дослідження інформаційно-комунікаційних практик висвітлення інклюзивних процесів в уявленнях про простір, час, соціальні проблеми, реалізації прав людини. Окреслено інформаційну проблему спроможності / неспроможності журналістів / медіаорганізацій очолити або супроводжувати суспільну дискусію, системні інклюзивні процеси для набуття ними сенсу потужного суспільного інтересу, показника національної ідентичності та предмету комунікаційної стратегії післявоєнної відбудови України. На прикладі застосування соціально-правозахисної методології та історико-дедуктивного методу виявлено одинадцять довготривалих типів інформаційних практик в різні періоди з 2003 по 2025 р. Сформовано визначення українського досвіду висвітлення інклюзивних процесів як багатовекторного, унікального, але не комплексного, не системного та не стратегічного. Означено фрейми висвітлення інклюзивних процесів за якісними показниками впливу на аудиторію.
