Соціальне право(4), 74–78. https://doi.org/10.37440/soclaw.2020.04.1410.37440/soclaw.2020.04.14https://ir.library.knu.ua/handle/15071834/24734The article notes that today in the scientific doctrine there is interest in clarifying the content of the concepts "form of activity of public administration bodies", "forms of ensuring the performance of the corresponding function of the state or local self-government" and other similar concepts. At the same time, significant scientific interest is also present in the problem of determining the forms of interaction between various state authorities and local self-government bodies with each other, as well as with the public. At the same time, such forms of interaction by scientists are mainly considered in the context of the theory of forms of public administration activity. However, it was noted that there is a lack of a proper definition of the concept of forms of interaction between the state and the public, as well as the formation of an exhaustive list of their essential legal features. Analyzed the reasoning of scientists about the definition of this category. The author's definition of the concept "forms of interaction between the state and the public in modern Ukraine" is proposed and their essential legal features are given. Among these signs, attention is drawn to the basis of the investigated interaction on the requirements of legality, its implementation within the requirements of the current regulatory framework and to achieve an administrative goal.У статті зауважено про те, що на сьогодні у науковій доктрині наявний інтерес до з'ясування змісту понять «форма діяльності органів публічної адміністрації», «форми забезпечення виконання відповідної функції держави чи місцевого самоврядування» та інших подібних понять. Поряд з тим, суттєвий науковий інтерес наявний і щодо проблематики визначення форм взаємодії різних органів державної влади та місцевого самоврядування між собою, а також з громадськістю. При цьому здебільшого такі форми взаємодії науковцями розглядаються у контексті теорії форм діяльності публічної адміністрації. Проте відзначено, що існує брак належного визначення поняття форм взаємодії держави та громадськості, а також формування вичерпного переліку їх істотних правових ознак. Проаналізовано міркування вчених з приводу визначення зазначеної категорії. Запропоновано авторське визначення поняття «форми взаємодії держави та громадськості в сучасній Україні» та наведено їхні істотні правові ознаки.
