Роботу присвячено питанням організації гнучкого управління ІТ-проєктами в умовах високої змінності вимог, швидкого оновлення цифрових продуктів, потреби у регулярному зворотному зв’язку та підвищенні якості програмних рішень. У роботі розкрито сутність, принципи, переваги, обмеження та бізнес-цілі гнучкого управління проєктами, охарактеризовано методичні підходи Scrum, XP, Kanban, Lean Agile і DevOps. Проаналізовано організаційну побудову системи управління ІТ-проєктами у JustMarkets Tech, проведено діагностику ефективності застосування гнучких методів за продуктовими, організаційними, технічними та клієнтськими критеріями. Визначено напрями оптимізації процесів гнучкого управління через удосконалення потоку завдань, релізних метрик, післярелізного аналізу, управління технічним боргом, клієнтського зворотного зв’язку та цифрової координації віддалених команд. Обґрунтовано впровадження інтегрованої моделі гнучкого управління ІТ-проєктами у JustMarkets Tech та оцінено економічну ефективність запропонованого проєктуYaroslav R. Pisarev. The purpose of the thesis is to substantiate the theoretical foundations, analyze the practical application, and develop directions for improving agile project management at an IT enterprise based on the case of JustMarkets Tech. The thesis addresses the organization of agile IT project management under conditions of changing requirements, rapid renewal of digital products, the need for regular feedback, and improved quality of software solutions. The study examines the essence, principles, advantages, limitations, and business objectives of agile project management, as well as methodological approaches such as Scrum, XP, Kanban, Lean Agile, and DevOps. The organizational structure of IT project management at JustMarkets Tech is analyzed, and the effectiveness of agile methods is assessed according to product, organizational, technical, and customer-related criteria. The thesis identifies directions for optimizing agile project management processes through the improvement of task flow, release metrics, post-release analysis, technical debt management, customer feedback, and digital coordination of remote teams.
