The object of this study is linguistic features of the language profiles of Margaret Thatcher and Theresa May. The scientific novelty of the study is that it is the first to compare and explore the commonalities and differences between two women politicians. Material of the research: scientific research covers chronologically historical sources: memoirs, transcripts of press conferences, interviews, speeches, official speeches, reports of royal commissions and government committees, etc .; and scientific literature: collective and individual monographs, scientific and journalistic articles, created both during the reign of M.
