У співпраці з країнами Перської Затоки, а також іншими мусульманськими країнами необхідно враховувати такий чинник, як вплив ісламу на життя мусульман та всі процеси які відбуваються у суспільстві. Знання основних правил оформлення прав власності, збору та розподілу закяту, роботи ісламських фінансових інститутів, які працюють без стягнення ріби (лихварського відсотка) та умов укладання угоди купівлі-продажу, які діють у мусульманських країнах згідно шаріатських законів надасть можливість більш продуктивно налагодити відносини між нашими країнами. Також нам необхідно враховувати позитивний досвід по застосуванню механізмів ісламської економіки у країнах немусульманського світу. В Україні існує значна мусульманська громада і тому впровадження ісламських принципів у окремі інститути може виявитися корисним для вирішення цілого ряду соціальних та економічних проблем.For Ukraine, the state of developing is necessary financial support of the world countries having an investment opportunity for improvement of national economy. In cooperation with Gulf States and also other Muslim countries it is necessary to consider such factor as influence of Islam on life of Muslims and all processes happening in society. Since the end of the 20st beginning of the 21st century more and more countries of the non-Muslim world have begun to use traditional Islamic financial instruments in the economies. Now liberalization of the market of Islamic finance of different degree has happened in the USA, Great Britain, Luxembourg, France, Germany, Japan, Australia and other countries. The purpose of this article is theological analysis of the existing mechanisms of Islamic economy in the countries of the non-Muslim world and considering successful experiment of the above-mentioned countries on introduction of Islamic finance in economies of the countries to study such opportunities for Ukraine. Acts as a methodological basis of a research applied the set of the research methods in humanitarian and social sciences, among which: comparative-historical (in the analysis of religious and philosophical and religious and legal essence of sacred and doctrinal texts) and structurally functional (when studying contents of suras and ayahs of the Koran). A research of such concept as model of Islamic economy has demanded system approach. Besides, civilization approach was also applied to consideration of the processes happening in the modern countries. In the set methods which have been used have gained the nature of mutual addition, a special combination to other informative principles, receptions, procedures that has allowed to investigate features of realization of tools of Islamic economy in Ukraine. Introduction of mechanisms of Islamic economy in Ukraine needs to be considered first of all from the point of view of compliance of Sharia and the legislative system of Ukraine. Especially it concerns process of registration of the property rights, collecting and distribution of the zakyat, work of the Islamic financial institutions working without collection of a riba (usurious percent) and conditions of the conclusion of the transaction of purchase and sale which work in the Muslim countries according to sharia laws. The carried-out analysis of positive experiment on introduction of mechanisms of Islamic economy in the countries of the non-Muslim world will allow to realize introduction of some Islamic financial instruments in Ukraine, implicitly only to promote expansion of cooperation and active dialogue between the countries.
