It is determined that ethno-cultural diversity is seen by the Ukrainian government as undeniable value and a legal framework conducive to the development of cultural, linguistic and religious identity of the citizens of Ukraine of all nationalities. Визначено, що етнокультурне розмаїття українська держава розглядає як безсумнівну цінність і в правовому полі сприяє розвиткові культурної, мовної, релігійної самобутності громадян України різного етнічного походження.
