Завдяки високому рівню професійної підготовки спеціалістів, значному обсягу експорту послуг та швидкій адаптації до ринкових та викликів пов’язаних з війною, ця сфера відіграє ключову роль у цифровій трансформації країни. Сучасні тенденції свідчать про стабільне зростання ІТ-індустрії, що супроводжується впровадженням інноваційних рішень та розширенням спектра послуг. Важливими чинниками конкурентоспроможності українських ІТ-компаній є високий рівень кваліфікації фахівців, активні інвестиції у дослідження та розробки, а також гнучкість у реагуванні на зміни світового ринку. Зазначено, що одним із ключових факторів, що стимулюють розвиток галузі, є глобальна цифровізація, яка вимагає від компаній безперервного оновлення технологічних процесів та створення нових продуктів. Однак разом із можливостями перед ІТ-сектором постають і суттєві виклики. Зокрема, вплив війни та економічної нестабільності створює додаткові перешкоди для зростання, змушуючи компанії шукати нові шляхи розвитку та диверсифікації ринків. Попри труднощі, ІТ-сфера України має значний потенціал для подальшого зміцнення своїх позицій на міжнародній арені. Для цього важливо зосередитися на розширенні інноваційних проєктів, активній міжнародній співпраці та інтеграції у глобальні технологічні екосистеми. Важливим аспектом є розвиток сприятливого бізнес-середовища, що включає вдосконалення нормативно-правового регулювання, створення податкових стимулів та модернізацію сфери ІТ освіти. Перспективи галузі залежать від здатності компаній адаптуватися до нових умов, упроваджувати передові технології та ефективно використовувати міжнародний досвід. Таким чином, подальший розвиток ІТ-сектору в Україні визначатиметься синергією державної підтримки, бізнес-ініціатив та освітніх реформ, що сприятиме посиленню позицій країни на світовому технологічному ринку.The article examines the Ukrainian IT sector, which is one of the most dynamic sectors of the economy, which is actively expanding under the influence of global technological changes. Due to the high level of professional training of specialists, a significant volume of service exports and rapid adaptation to market and war-related challenges, this area plays a key role in the country's digital transformation. Current trends indicate stable growth of the IT industry, accompanied by the implementation of innovative solutions and an expansion of the range of services. Important factors of the competitiveness of Ukrainian IT companies are a high level of qualification of specialists, active investments in research and development, as well as flexibility in responding to changes in the global market. It is noted that one of the key factors stimulating the development of the industry is global digitalization, which requires companies to continuously update technological processes and create new products. However, along with the opportunities, the IT sector also faces significant challenges. In particular, the impact of war and economic instability creates additional obstacles to growth, forcing companies to look for new ways to develop and diversify markets. Despite the difficulties, the IT sector of Ukraine has significant potential to further strengthen its positions in the international arena. To do this, it is important to focus on expanding innovative projects, active international cooperation and integration into global technological ecosystems. An important aspect is the development of a favorable business environment, which includes improving regulatory frameworks, creating tax incentives and modernizing the IT education sector. The prospects of the industry depend on the ability of companies to adapt to new conditions, implement advanced technologies and effectively use international experience.
