Nowadays the phenomenon of volunteering in Ukraine is represent in the discourses of the civil communities andsocial politics being of potential scientific interest for many research spheres which are new in Ukraine. The Imporetance of its deepanalyses is undisputable taking into consideration the interdisciplinary mode of the reseach and possibilities of the contemporaryapproaches to ils analyses. In comparison with volunteering in Western Europe, there are certain differences in our country concerningsocio-cultural practices, their actors and beneficiates. However, post-colonial reality in Ukraine has placed more emphasis. The priorityfactor in national consolidating towards its transformation into a political nation was civil society. Of great significance is the fact thatthe phenomenon of volunteering in Ukraine is taking place on the solid foundation of Ukrainian history and culture beginning with theAncient Rus and Zaporozhskaia Sich where the relations of interdependence, assistance and other social values were formed.Compared the liberal theories of Western Europe volunteering in Ukraine is characterized the collective treating of the autonomousindividual connected with the Christian feelings of lave others and sympathy for suffering. This is that civil «capital» that cancompensate the deficiency of the state bodies in practices of volunteering as a form of the social integration of people separated bytheir private interest but who are, fact the decisive force of consolidation of the Ukrainian society.The gender factor is taken into account, in particular, to overcome social injustice and a policy of non-discrimination inUkraine.Keywords: discourse, concept, charity, social and culture transformations, war conflicts.Сьогодні феномен волонтерства в сучасній Україні перебуває в полі соціополітичного дискурсугромадянського суспільства, викликаючи науковий інтерес до нових напрямів досліджень української науки. Він є об’єктом досліджень не тільки філософів, істориків, психологів, політологів і фахівців у сфері соціальної роботи, але й економістів, оскільки сфера патронованих владою суспільних відносин і сфера міжнародних відносин, тісно пов’язані з цілою низкою суто економічних питань. У зв’язку з цим актуалізується завдання поглибленого, адекватного нинішнім умовам реалізації практики волонтерства з урахуванням сучасних підходів, аналізу його соціокультурних трансформацій, дискурсів та наративів. Порівняно із західноєвропейськими державами становлення волонтерства в Україні має певні відмінності щодо йогоодночасного прояву у всіх сферах життя суспільства. Україна також має могутні історичні й культурні передумови щодоіснування волонтерства в контексті благодійності, які, своєю чергою, є джерелом для розвитку системи духовних іморальних цінностей в наш час. Аналізуючи феномен волонтерства, авторка вважає доцільним у межах цієї праці датиретроспективу участі козацтва в благодійності. В умовах сьогодення волонтерство – це той громадянський «капітал», що компенсує недоліки діяльності державних структур і одночасно є рушійною силою консолідації громадянського суспільства.ukСтаття
