It is highlighted that the period of professional preparation, introduction of a person to the profession activity, is a major stage of formation of personality. This stage is characterized not only by mastering of professional knowledge, expertise, skills but material (significant) changes in axiological area of personality, formation of professional motions, disposition and values. Based on theoretical review of literature, description of vital professional features and competence of psychologists are made, in particular: psychological competence, psychological literacy, professional reflection, systemic view of the professional industry, creative component of a psychologist-student, an ability to empathy, divergences (flexibility) and intuition component of professional cognitions of professional-psychologist. It is highlighted that an integral component of personality of a psychologist-professional is a sum of his or her own beliefs, views, desires, ideals, values, representing axiological component of personality. The psychological aspect of value concept of famous scholars of physiologist are being described, among them theory of M. Rokich, A. Maslow, V. Franklin, D. Leontiev, I. Bekh. It is showed the importance of the development of axiological sphere of physiologist whilst gaining the professional experiences. The author is also exploring a further research of the problem.У статті обґрунтовано необхідність актуалізації особистісної складової в умовах професіогенезу психологів-практиків. На основі теоретичного аналізу літератури виявлено та описано професійно важливі якості практичного психолога, серед яких виокремлено аксіологічний компонент його особистості. Представлено ціннісні концепції видатних представників психологічної науки. Показано важливість розвитку аксіологічної сфери фахівця у період його професіоналізації.ukСтаття
