It traces the historical, cultural, and social circumstances that led to the emergence of this phenomenon and identifies the specific features of treatises as a genre-communicative form that combines the characteristics of scientific argumentation, rhetorical tradition, and confessional-polemical literature. The key discursive strategies of the authors aimed at influencing the reader are outlined, as well as the linguistic and stylistic dominants that ensured the effectiveness of communicative interaction. It has been established that each of the works was characterized by logical argumentation, clear presentation, and a desire to convince the reader. Their authors analyzed the causes of historical vicissitudes, formed theological concepts, organized church history, laying the foundations for future national self-awareness and attesting to the existence in Ukraine of a powerful intellectual elite capable of defending and developing spiritual and cultural values. The focus is on the role of the Polish language as an important means of intercultural communication, which contributed to the spread of Baroque ideas in the Ukrainian and European contexts. The work emphasizes the importance of Polish-language treatises in the formation of the intellectual culture of the Ukrainian Baroque and their value as a source for contemporary humanities studies. The study found that Ukrainian Polish-language treatises of the mature Baroque period constitute an important part of Ukrainian intellectual and cultural tradition. They served as a dialogue between tradition and new ideas, between local identity and the broader European context. The study also showed that the treatises of this period reflect the peculiarities of the cultural dialogue between Ukrainian and Western European traditions. Their analysis makes it possible to outline the patterns of formation of genre and style models of Baroque rhetoric and to identify the communicative mechanisms of influence on public consciousness. The results obtained can serve as a basis for further studies aimed at examining the processes of intercultural interaction and the place of Ukrainian Baroque culture in the pan-European intellectual space. Their study gives modern scholars the opportunity to comprehend not only the historical and cultural conditions of the Baroque era, but also the origins of Ukrainian intellectual integration into the European space. That is why these treatises remain relevant today, as they help us better understand the mechanisms of cultural communication, the foundations of national identity, and the spiritual stability of society.У статті здійснено аналіз українських польськомовних трактатів доби зрілого бароко у контексті їхнього функціонування в комунікативному дискурсі епохи. Простежено історико-культурні та соціальні обставини, що зумовили появу цього феномену, а також визначено специфіку трактатів як жанрово-комунікативної форми, що поєднує риси наукової аргументації, риторичної традиції та конфесійно-полемічної літератури. Окреслено ключові дискурсивні стратегії авторів, спрямовані на вплив на читача, а також мовностилістичні домінанти, які забезпечували ефективність комунікативної взаємодії. Увагу зосереджено на ролі польської мови як важливого засобу міжкультурної комунікації, що сприяла поширенню ідей барокової думки в українському та європейському контекстах.
