Українознавчий альманах(35), 62–68. https://doi.org/10.17721/2520-2626/2024.35.8378(477)10.17721/2520-2626/2024.35.8https://ir.library.knu.ua/handle/15071834/10983У статті на матеріалах сучасних законодавчих і галузево- нормативних документів, наукових досліджень та актуальних соціальних практик сьогодення розглядається сутність і проблеми реалізації концепту розвитку громадянської компетентності здобувачів освіти. Встановлюються актуальні методологічні підходи до опрацювання проблеми розвитку громадянської компетентності в процесі навчання здобувачів українських ЗВО як запоруки успішної демократизації та згуртування українського суспільства в контексті агресії рф і довготривалої війни на теренах України. Встановлено, що науковий розгляд процесу розвитку громадянської компетентності здобувачів характеризується багаторівневим підходом до просоціального спрямування розвитку свідомості здобувачів, суспільних інтересів, методів і засобів їх реалізації. Розглянута роль комунікації в процесі становлення особистості здобувача як засобу розвитку громадянської компетентності( потенціалу та інтегративної властивості особистості і соціальної групи), що детермінується здійсненою взаємодією здобувачів з соціальним середовищем у процесі навчання в ЗВО. Окреслюється проблемна зону розвитку громадянської компетентності, яка охоплює ставленнєвий, ціннісний та ідентифікаційний її компоненти, що зумовлюються чинниками соціального середовища, зокрема практиками заохочення, обмеження та декларування суспільних очікувань щодо бажаних проявів громадянськості. Акцентується увага на важливості соціально-філософського вивчення видозмін ціннісних орієнтацій як чинника впливу на якість громадянської освіти студентської молоді в процесі становлення особистості здобувача на індивідуально-суб‘єктивному, національно-культурному та громадсько-політичному рівні. Обґрунтовується потреба комплексної соціально-філософської рефлексії аксіологічних аспектів проблеми розвитку громадянської компетентності студентської молоді в контексті викликів воєнного часу та в довгостроковій перспективі.The article examines the essence and problems of implementing the concept of development of civic competence of students based on the materials of modern legislative and sectoral regulations, scientific research and current social practices. The article identifies relevant methodological approaches to the study of the problem of developing civic competence in the process of teaching students of Ukrainian higher education institutions as a guarantee of successful democratisation and unification of Ukrainian society in the context of Russian aggression and the ongoing war in Ukraine. It is established that the scientific consideration of the process of development of students' civic competence is characterised by a multi-level approach to the prosocial direction of the development of students' consciousness, public interests, methods and means of their implementation. The role of communication in the process of formation of the applicant's personality as a means of developing civic competence (potential and integrative property of the individual and social group), which is determined by the interaction of applicants with the social environment in the process of studying at the university, is considered. The problem area of civic competence development is outlined, which includes its attitudinal, value and identification components, which are determined by the factors of the social environment, in particular, the practices of encouraging, restricting and declaring public expectations regarding the desired manifestations of citizenship. Attention is focused on the importance of socio-philosophical study of changes in value orientations as a factor influencing the quality of civic education of students in the process of formation of the applicant's personality at the individual-subjective, national-cultural and socio-political levels.
