The research draws attention to the need for new knowledge and tools, because changing the form of learning and work should not impair the quality of education and work. The article analyzes the causes of various problems in distance learning, suggests ways to solve them, provides suggestions for forms of learning after the abolition of quarantine restrictions and draws attention to the need to keep distance learning for some categories of students. It is also proposed to improve in the legislation the regulation of relations in information law, IT law, personal data protection. Attention is also drawn to the need to research the influence of distance learning and work on people's mental and physical health.У статті досліджені виклики, з якими стикнулись люди при здобутті професії юриста та при виконанні роботи суддею, прокурором, нотаріусом, адвокатом, юристом у зв’язку із запровадженням карантину та переходом на дистанційне навчання і працю. У дослідженні звернено увагу на потребу у нових знаннях та інструментах, адже зміна форми навчання і праці не повинна погіршувати якість навчання та роботи. У статті проаналізовані причини виникнення різних проблем у дистанційному навчанні, запропоновані шляхи їх вирішення, надані пропозиції щодо форм навчання після відміни карантинних обмежень та звернено увагу на необхідність залишення дистанційної освіти для деяких категорій студентів. Також запропоновано удосконалити у законодавстві регулювання відносин із інформаційного права, Іт-права, захисту персональних даних.
