Проаналізована повторюваність і циркуляційні умови формування стихійних опадів.The statistical characteristics of the precipitation field in the warm half of 2007-2016 are analyzed based on data from 23 regional centers of Ukraine. Precipitation is selected on gradations ≥30 mm and ≥50 mm from data of bulletins of weather. Against the backdrop of changes in the global and regional climate, there are deviations in the distribution of heavy precipitation in different regions of the country. At general reduction of amount of precipitation on territory of Ukraine, there are periods with valid for one occasion anomalous amount exceeding a monthly norm in several times. At the same time such sums of precipitation are observed both in arid years, and in the year with normal moisture. The stations show a significant heterogeneity in the frequency of strong precipitation in gradations. A reiteration of precipitations a more than 50 mm has deviation from a climatic norm with a maximum on the south of country. The annual course of the distribution of hazardous and elemental precipitation highlights the frequency of frequency increase in the even years. Seasonal distribution with a maximum in summer months is near to the norm; the increase of repetition of strong precipitation is separately set in May and September. In this case, autumn precipitation exceeds the spring precipitation, since the minimum is observed in April. There is substantial deviation from the norm of strong and elemental precipitation in October. The repeatability and the circulation conditions for the formation of strong precipitation are analyzed. Semi-day rainfall amounts of more than 70 80 mm were recorded at individual stations, and sometimes at one station strong precipitation were recorded twice a day. Is steady prevailing of strong precipitations on a west and minimum on east. The increase of repetition of strong precipitation is set in a center and on the south of Ukraine, on the row of the stations of strong precipitation in the last decade is not registered. Such results show the change of weather processes of forming anomalous precipitation, change of trajectories of moving of cyclones and atmospheric fronts. These data are some rejection, in summer period cyclonic activity and fronts are weakening out.
