The author thoroughly examines the measures aimed at improving the investment climate, particularly the activation of state enterprise privatization processes through simplifying and enhancing the transparency of procedures. The article also discusses reforms in the area of leasing state and municipal property, which simplify access to resources for investors and reduce bureaucratic obstacles. Special attention is given to the implementation of transparent mechanisms for granting mining permits. The article highlights legislative initiatives such as the creation of a Temporary Special Commission of the Verkhovna Rada on the Protection of Investors' Rights and the launch of the "Investment Nanny" program, which aim to provide additional protection and support for investors. The author emphasizes the importance of a comprehensive approach to reforming the investment sector and the need for legislative stability for sustainable economic development in Ukraine.Стаття присвячена аналізу нових можливостей для інвестування та додаткових механізмів захисту прав інвесторів в Україні станом на 2020 рік. Автор детально розглядає заходи, спрямовані на покращення інвестиційного клімату, зокрема активізацію процесів приватизації державних підприємств через спрощення та підвищення прозорості процедур. Також обговорюються реформи в сфері оренди державного та комунального майна, які спрощують доступ інвесторів до ресурсів та зменшують бюрократичні перешкоди. Окрему увагу приділено впровадженню прозорих механізмів надання спеціальних дозволів на користування надрами. Стаття висвітлює законодавчі ініціативи, такі як створення Тимчасової спеціальної комісії Верховної Ради з питань захисту прав інвесторів та запуск програми «Investment nanny», які покликані забезпечити додатковий захист та підтримку для інвесторів.
